Resident Referral Program

Good Friends Make Great Neighbors! As a thank-you to our residents, ECI Management has established a Resident Referral Program. If you have a friend, relative, or co-worker or know someone who's looking for a place to live, refer them to any ECI Management Community and receive a check or credit!

Pet Policy

ECI Management offers pet friendly apartments at our communities. Pet friendly apartment rentals are an important part of life and each of our communities has policies designed to accommodate pet ownership.

Facility Reservations

Requests for facility reservations may be made in the Leasing Office and should be submitted at least two weeks in advance. A deposit and or rental fee may be charged for the facilities.
